All returns are free on orders of $50 or above and must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order. To place a return, please contact info@zoarose.com within the 30 day timeframe.

Zoa Rose reserves the right to refuse a return on merchandise not in its original condition or beyond the designated return period. We only accept returns for merchandise purchased directly from zoarose.com. We will send you an email once your return has been received to let you know whether or not your return has been accepted. If your return is not accepted, we will notify you via email with our explanation, and we will return the merchandise to you.
